ZIG ZAG HOPS

Stand to the left of an agility ladder or similar object some 1-2 feet away. Forcefully push both feet and land on the other side of the ladder.45 degree zig zag hop jump or run 387x450 ZIG ZAG HOPSRepeat and land feet back on the other side. Do not ”double hop” upon each landing. Keep ground con­tact time to a minimum.
