GLUTE KICK BACK

Position yourself on your hands and knees on a flat bench. Take the weight off your left knee by leaning to your right.Glute KickBack 004 400x349 GLUTE KICK BACKKeep your body straight and rotate at the hip only, extend your knee as high as possible while keeping your leg bent. Squeeze the glute muscle at the top of the movement, and lower your leg to the starting position. Repeat the motion.
